If there were ever a time for do goodery, that time is now. Do it in style! This is the right uniform for the job, both in theme, and durability. This uniform has stood the test of time, and it'll last you through the apocalypse. Imagine this, an old woman sitting on a soot covered log on the side of an abandoned road. The sky is grey, and has been for as long as she can remember. She's hungry, and tired. She hasn't had water for days. She's scared, but as you approach her through the dust cloud, and fog, she feels a sense of relief. She isn't afraid of the fact that you have weapons for your own protection. She isn't afraid because of the gas mask you wear, or the fact that life as she knows it is quickly fading, but not before the pop, and fizzle. The crescendo, if you will. All culminating in a collective last gasp. She's not afraid of that. She knows that because you wear that Girl Guides Canada uniform from the 1930s, you are there to help, and not to rob, and kill her for what little she has.
There's very little wear on this piece. The dress has been hemmed, and let down a couple of times. Some fading in spots. There has been a repair made on the back right of the dress, that has been done by hand. Has not been cleaned by us, but has been in the non smoking house of a 94 yr old woman since she's had it.
